1. AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, quotations, and transport services provided by Gold Coast City Transfer.
By making a booking or accepting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Gold Coast City Transfer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. PRICING POLICY

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%), unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price remains fixed unless booking details change.

Early morning (before 5:30am) and late-night (after 9:00pm) services may incur additional surcharges.

Quotes provided via website, email, or phone are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
3. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued.

Customers must provide accurate contact details.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation or inability to provide service.

Gold Coast City Transfer reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation terms apply:

More than 24 hours before pickup → 100% refund (minus admin fee $5)
-
Less than 24 hours → 50% refund (minus admin fee)
-
Less than 6 hours → No refund
-
No-show → No refund
Booking changes may be accepted subject to availability.
5. TRANSFER CONDITIONS

Pickup times for airport transfers may vary depending on flight schedules.

Estimated waiting times:
-
International flights: approx. 60–90 minutes
-
Domestic flights: approx. 30–45 minutes

Gold Coast City Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by:
-
traffic
-
weather
-
flight delays
-
road conditions
-
We recommend customers allow sufficient travel time and consider travel insurance.
6. STOPS & WAITING TIME
-
Additional stops must be agreed in advance.
-
Unscheduled stops may incur additional charges:
-
Minimum $20 per stop (up to 15 minutes)
-
Additional time billed in 15-minute increments
-

Waiting time fees may apply if delays are caused by passengers.
7. LUGGAGE POLICY
-
Standard allowance: 2 suitcases per passenger
-
Excess luggage must be declared in advance
-
Gold Coast City Transfer is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage or personal items
8. PASSENGER CONDUCT
-
No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed in vehicles
-
Drivers may refuse service if a passenger:
-
is intoxicated
-
behaves aggressively
-
poses a safety risk
-
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. VEHICLE DAMAGE & CLEANING FEES
Customers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or passengers.
Cleaning fees may apply:

Minor cleaning → from $20
-
Moderate cleaning → up to $100
-
Major cleaning (e.g. vomit) → up to $200+
Additional repair costs may be charged where applicable.
10. SAFETY & ACCESS
Drivers may refuse access to unsafe locations (e.g. steep driveways, unsealed roads, hazardous conditions).
In such cases:

the closest safe drop-off/pick-up point will be used
-
or service may be terminated if necessary
All drivers comply with Queensland road laws.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
During peak periods, services may be fulfilled by approved partner operators.
All partners:
-
operate under their own insurance
-
follow similar service standards
Gold Coast City Transfer remains responsible for booking coordination.
12. LIABILITY
Gold Coast City Transfer is not liable for:
-
flight delays or cancellations
-
traffic delays or accidents
-
weather conditions
-
mechanical breakdowns
-
loss or damage to personal belongings
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking.
13. INSURANCE & LICENSING
Gold Coast City Transfer operates in accordance with Queensland regulations and holds:

Public Liability Insurance

CTP Insurance
All drivers are:
-
properly licensed
-
authorised
-
safety checked
14. PRIVACY
Customer information is used solely for booking and operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia
Gold Coast City Transfer is a fully licensed and insured transport service operating under Queensland regulations, ensuring safe,
reliable and professional travel at all times.
